Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 57niceph. 3. Account Registration and Security

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All financial transactions on the 57niceph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 57niceph supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 57niceph account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change. 57niceph does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Anti-Money Laundering: 57niceph is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 57niceph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to delay or refuse any withdrawal where AML concerns are identified.
Funds held in your 57niceph account do not accrue interest. 57niceph holds player funds in accounts separate from operational funds.
5. Bonuses and Promotions

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 57niceph, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
- Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
- Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform.
57niceph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
57niceph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, any pending withdrawals will be processed subject to verification, and any bonus balances will be forfeited.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
